- Paid Holidays. In order to qualify for holiday pay you must satisfy the following:
You must have worked a total of 440 straight-time hours during a 13-week period that ends on the Friday prior to the Holiday. You must work the scheduled day before the holiday, the scheduled day after, and if required by the company, the actual holiday itself. If you are required to work during the holiday, and you satisfy eligibility requirements, we will add eight hours of straight time pay to your compensation for the actual time worked.
