Life happens and it's not always from 9-5. If you have a staff member call in sick at the last minute or find out that you will be short staffed at 9pm Sunday night, our team at Staff Pro will be there to answer your call and find a suitable solution for you by the next day.

At Staff Pro, we go above and beyond. The Staff Pro on Standby Program guarantees that you ALWAYS talk to a live person, no matter when you call our office. We are "on call" for our clients, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

The Staff Pro Difference

If you are not satisfied with a candidate that we send to you and you notify us within the first 8 hours of the assignment, you will not be charged for that candidate. We will credit you up to 8 hours and find a qualified replacement in a timely manner.

For our direct hire services we offer a Career Placement Guarantee. If the employment of someone we have referred ends in 60 calendar days or less from the date of employment, we will provide replacement candidates for the position at no additional charge.
