Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Staff Pro will get the details of the position from you so we will send the most qualified applicants for your needs. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.

The timeframe for successfully finding an employee for you can be as little as 1 hour and is going to vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants. You may decide to look at the most qualified applicants and do an interview, or we can fill a position based on the qualifications you provide.

Every applicant is reference checked based on the work history provided by the applicant. Since each customer's requirements may differ, Staff Pro has the ability to customize the pre-assignment process to include any type of drug and background screening needed. This process will be coordinated through your Staff Pro Representative.

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not evident until the person is working. Our temporary-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees will vary based on the contract for each client.

The Staff Pro Difference
If you are not satisfied with the Staff Pro employee that we send to you and you notify us within the first 8 hours of the assignment, you will not be charged for that employee. We will credit you up to 8 hours and find a qualified replacement in a timely manner. For our direct hire services, we offer a Career Placement Guarantee. If the employment of someone we have referred ends in 60 calendar days or less from the date of employment, we will provide replacement candidates for the position at no additional charge.
