Bill and Phyliss started their staffing business in 1988 as part of a national franchise and in 2003 started a new venture by changing the organization's name to Staff Pro. Since the first day of operation they have worked tirelessly to build and maintain their business and they are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the satisfaction and success of their customers. As local residents they feel it is their privilege to provide employment opportunities for the area's residents and qualified employees to the local business community.
Sharon Robbins, Director of Finance
Sharon brings 23 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Payroll to the table with 12 years spent specifically in the staffing industry. She is an expert at overseeing our customer payroll, billing and reporting requirements so that it compliments their internal systems and processes, saving them valuable time and money.
Lisa Morgan, PHR, Director of Sales and Marketing
Lisa's career in staffing and human resources spans 18 years with 14 of those specifically in the staffing industry with a focus on staffing, sales and operations. Her 4 years spent in staffing and human resources in the corporate environment bring the unique ability to understand staffing use from both the vendor and customer perspectives and utilize a consultative approach to deliver staffing options that are beneficial to the customer's business model.
Kathy Willis, Account Manager
Kathy has 19 years of experience primarily in the staffing industry providing high and low volume administrative, technical, and industrial temporary and career staffing. Her extensive knowledge allows her to provide insight to her customer base that is invaluable when planning staffing programs tailored specifically for their business, volume and budget.
Terri O'Byrne, Client Services Manager
Terri has been with Staff Pro for 13 years where she has perfected the art of both high and low volume administrative, technical and industrial staffing. Terri has built a loyal following of both customers and temporary employees that respect her expertise and ability to follow through on any commitment she makes and always delivers more than the customer expects.
Amy Cobble, Payroll/Billing Manager
Amy has 3 years of experience in banking, management and customer service. As Payroll/Billing Manager she is responsible for the implementation and management of our weekly payroll and billing functions. This process includes monitoring various time keeping methods, customized invoicing options and customized reporting for our customers.
