Staff Pro is locally owned and operated. Bill and Phyliss Thornton have been in the staffing business since 1988 and have previous experience in Human Resources and Management. This gives them many years of experience to draw from and helps clients and employees alike in the employment and staffing process.

In May 2003 the Thornton's started a new venture by changing the organization's name to Staff Pro. The name Staff Pro reflects what we do for the community, "Staffing Professionals for Business and Industry". Our "hands on" dedication to the staffing industry is evident in our daily activities. We strive to provide an added personal touch that is so often lacking within larger organizations, with the owners always willing to assist when needed.

They say an organization is only as strong as its weakest link and our staff's strength speaks for itself. We have over 100 years of total staffing industry experience. Our staff is comprised of Certified PHRs, Human Resource Managers, Managers certified in employment law and Staffing Managers with years of staffing experience. That means our customers benefit from our many years of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, management, payroll and risk management experience...resulting in the quality and performance you expect from your staffing provider.
